Director of Implementations
The Director of Implementations is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of software implementations, the implementation teams, and ensuring a smooth go-live for our Supply Chain Automation (SCM) and clinical analytics software modules and platform. This role will work collaboratively with personnel in service line offerings including data management consulting and physical inventory service lines. The Director of Implementations recommends on the development of new and developed versions of existing software products, and service-line offerings, and in the development of new product ideas based on his or her experience and interactions with customers and prospective customers. This position is responsible for the guiding the projects from the design and quoting phase, implementation and hand off to the support services group.
The Director of Implementations must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment in meeting continual project deadlines. They must be able to handle multiple priorities in a busy office with constant interruptions. Organization is essential in order to meet project deadlines. A sense of urgency, the ability to make good decisions, and the prioritization of tasks is necessary.
This role will lead a small but growing team of Implementation Specialists and Project Managers.
Director of Sales Operations
The Directors of Sales Operations (DSO) is responsible for overseeing all sales operations for the organization, including providing support where needed to ensure successful business operations. Primary responsibilities include conducting business planning process to measure performance, maintaining accurate sales operations records, designing and modifying existing sales operations processes, assisting to create budgets, quotas, and comp plans. Additionally, this role will monitor operational performance, provide forecasting at regular intervals. This role will own end-to-end the Salesforce.com instance for MHS. Furthermore, this role will lead responses to customer requests for information or proposals (RFI/RFP), by working in conjunction with a cross-collaborative Selling team and a cross-functional leadership team. This role manages support functions relating to all areas of Sales and Sales productivity including sales training, sales program and spiff implementation, and assisting in recruiting and other training and recruiting types of events. This role will work closely with Marketing on developing, maintaining and executing on marketing lead gen campaigns, drip campaigns, etc.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the DSO also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization are supported.
This role may or may not have direct reports now or in the future. Direct reports may include, now or in the future, the MHS Account Management and Solution Development Representatives.
Sr. Product Manager
The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Product Strategy and lifecycle for our Supply Chain Automation (SCM) and clinical analytics software modules and platform, as well as service line offerings including data management consulting and physical inventory service lines. The Sr. Product Manager aids in the development of new and developed versions of existing software products, and service-line offerings, and in the development of new product ideas based on his or her experience and interactions with customers and prospective customers. The Sr. Product Manager regularly performs competitive, pricing, profitability analyses, which are used to recommend strategies that will improve the business’s product’s market position, enable cost reduction, and improve quality over product competition. This role works daily with our Hyderabad, India-based offshore development and SQA team over ~70 FTEs attending scrums and working to ensure quality and timely delivery and releases and functionally.
This role reports directly to the CEO and will be governed by a newly-formed MHS Product Council which is made up of cross-functional senior executives within the company.
